Cancellation policy
At Georgia Porch Decor, each porch display is custom planned and created using fresh, seasonal materials that are purchased specifically for your order. To ensure the highest quality and availability, we begin preparing your installation well before your scheduled service date.
Because of the custom nature of our services, all bookings are considered final.
If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee accommodations, we will make every effort to work with you based on our schedule and product availability.
Cancellations
- Orders canceled more than 14 days before the scheduled installation may be eligible to transfer their booking to another recipient or delivery address within our service area during the current fall season.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled installation are non-refundable and cannot be credited, as materials have already been ordered or reserved specifically for your display.
- Same-day cancellations or customers who are unavailable at the time of installation will be considered canceled appointments and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Rescheduling
If availability allows, one complimentary reschedule may be requested with at least 7 days' notice. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a service fee.
Weather
Light rain will not typically affect your scheduled installation. In the event of severe weather or unsafe working conditions, Georgia Porch Decor reserves the right to reschedule your installation to the next available date at no additional charge.
